Terms Of Service

Trades Heroes provides website design and build, website hosting and security, local SEO, Google Business Profile setup, social media management, Google Ads and social ads management, reputation management, and content for search and AI assistants.

The services you receive are the ones listed in your package (Foundation, Growth or Maximum) or in your service agreement.

Your package, any add-ons, the price and the start date are confirmed in a service agreement or order confirmation before work begins. The free Tune-Up Call carries no obligation.

Monthly service starts with a six-month initial term and then continues month-to-month. Fees are billed in advance. Paying annually in advance saves 15%. Annual prepayments are not refunded; the service runs to the end of the paid year.

Hosting, domain and maintenance costs for your website are included in your package fee for as long as your service is active.

Advertising budgets paid to Google, Meta or other ad platforms are separate from our fees and are paid by you to the platform.

Late payments may pause work on your account until the balance is settled.

We refine your new website with you until you are 100% happy with it. During the initial setup you can ask for as many rounds of design changes as it takes, at no extra design cost.

The guarantee covers the initial setup: the design and build of the pages and features included in your package. The initial setup ends when you approve the site, or 30 days after the site first goes live, whichever comes first.

It does not cover edits requested after the initial setup ends, work outside your package (for example extra pages or features), or third-party costs. It is a commitment to keep refining the site, not a refund offer, and it does not promise rankings, traffic, calls or revenue.

To let us deliver on it, we ask that you give feedback and supply your content, such as text, photos and logins, within a reasonable time.

Reasonable copy edits, such as changes to text, prices, opening hours or contact details, stay included in your package for as long as your service is active.

Bigger edits, such as new pages, new features or design changes, are quoted per edit once the initial setup has ended, which is at the latest 30 days after the site first goes live. We tell you the price before we start, and nothing is billed without your approval.

You provide accurate business information, the content and access we need (for example your domain, Google Business Profile and ad accounts), and timely approvals. You confirm that you have the right to use any text, images and logos you give us.

You own your website, your domain and the content you provide. Once the work is paid for, the custom design and pages we build for you are yours.

Our own tools, templates and methods stay ours. Third-party software, fonts and stock images remain under their own licenses.

Search engines, ad platforms, social networks, review sites and AI assistants are run by other companies. They can change their rules, rankings and prices at any time, and we are not responsible for their decisions or outages.

Nobody honest can guarantee rankings, traffic, call volume or revenue, and we do not. Apart from the Website Satisfaction Guarantee in section 4, services are provided without warranties beyond those stated in your service agreement.

We keep your business information confidential and use it only to deliver your services. You keep ownership of your data.

Details submitted through our forms are used to respond to your request and to schedule your call. We do not sell them. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and who handles it.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for services in the twelve months before a claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages.

After the six-month initial term, either side may end the service with 30 days' written notice. You remain responsible for fees for the service period up to the end date and for any approved extra work.

When the service ends, the hosting, domain and maintenance included in your package end with it. We transfer your domain to you and hand over your website files so you can host the site elsewhere.

If there is a disagreement, we first try to resolve it with you directly and in good faith for 30 days. If that does not settle it, both sides take part in mediation for up to 60 days and split its cost equally.

Anything still unresolved is decided by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, seated in Austin, Texas. Either side may instead use small claims court for claims under $10,000.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the United States of America.

We may update these terms. Clients are told about material changes by email or by a notice on this website.
