Details you send us: when you fill in a form we receive what you type, such as your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, company name, website and message.

Booking details: when you pick a time for a Tune-Up Call, our scheduling provider receives your name, email address, the time you chose and anything you add to the booking.

Approximate location: to show you the nearest local team, the website reads the approximate area your connection comes from. We use it for that page view only and do not store it.

Technical data: our hosting provider processes standard request data, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver the website and keep it secure.

We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

The website keeps two things in your own browser: the ZIP code you enter to choose a local team, and what you typed into a form, so it is not lost if a submission fails. The form draft is removed when you close the tab.

Our forms run a spam check from Cloudflare (Turnstile), which looks at technical signals from your browser to tell people from bots.

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and does not track you across websites; it reports page views and loading times in aggregate.

We use your details to answer your request, schedule and hold your call, send your request to the right local team, provide the services you sign up for, and protect the website against spam and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising.

Your request is handled by Trades Heroes and by the local team that serves your area.

We use service providers to run this website and our business: Cloudflare (website hosting, spam protection and the database that stores form submissions), ClickUp (client records), Cal.com (scheduling) and Google Meet (video calls). They process your details on our behalf and under their own privacy and security terms.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

We keep form and booking details for as long as we need them to answer you and to maintain our business records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@tradesheroes.com and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can.

You can clear what the website stored in your browser through your browser settings.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit, and limit access to the people who need it. No system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

This website is for business owners. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
